With the holidays just around the corner now is the time to start shopping for gifts for your family and friends… and of course you deserve a little gift yourself.  I’m going to create a section of holiday gift ideas and start with this one first.  Spa Chocolates from Bissingers which i’ve had the pleasure of trying.  My favorite favorite the Green Tea Ganache Truffles which are made with real green tea and a hint of lemongrass.  These are just delish! The good news is the green tea helps promote cardiovascular health and may also improve bone density.  So with all the good it does for your body you don’t have to feel guilty about indulging. 

Another one of my favorites is the green tea gummy pandas.. can you tell I’m a fan of green tea?  Anyhow, I have a 4 year old who loves his gummy’s and this is a healthy treat i have no problem giving him.  I have to say i eat them too and yes i love my sweats but the gummy’s are packed with anti-oxidants so they do my body good.
