Just wanted to pass on something interesting about honey that I received from RealAge.com.  Do you know that darker honey gives you more anti-oxidants then lighter honey.  It’s kind of like dark chocolate being the choice over light chocolate.

I guess there was a Spanish study done with the three groups of honey; floral - the lightest shade of honey; honeydew - the darkest; and blends which are the in between shades. The darkest honey showed a higher potential to help protect the skins cells from harmful substances that cause aging and disease…totally sweet!
