A friend of mine sent me a link to this website this morning for disposable patches that act as underwear. She actually hates to wear underwear so this is perfect for her and millions of other women who just want to let it breathe! Also the days of big bulky underwear are long gone especially with our styles getting shorter and tighter therefore no room for panty lines. Let’s face it G-strings are uncomfortable especially for all day wear and plus from a health stand point they’re not good for you. The cotton patches from Commando allow you to breathe and give you protection at the same time. Just stick into pants or jeans and dispose of easily when done with …. so maybe it’s time you Go Commando!

So you decide that you no longer want that drab brown hair you were born with and decide the Marilyn Monroe platnum blond is more your style. The only problem… what about the hair down there? That’s easy… Betty Beauty - the first safe hair color for the hair down there. Betty Beauty comes in 5 shades - Brown Betty, Blonde Beauty, Auburn Beauty, Black Betty and Fun Betty which is a hot pink for those special occassions or maybe just to spice things up. Easy application and no dripping mess. Betty Beauty is also great for covering any unslightly grays that may be creeping in. Can be used by both women and men.
As for me… I’m stuck on Brazilian right now so no hair down there:).. but I’ll definitely be trying Betty when the time comes…

I AM LOVED, I AM LUCKY, I AM HEALTHY… these are the mantras behind a new kind of Spring water created by Alexandra Teklak, Aquamantra which is based on the research of Dr. Masaru Emoto. Dr. Masuru became better known after the movie “What the Bleep do we know”. Througout the years he has proven that words written on bottles of water can affect the water’s molecular structure. In his book “Hidden Messages in Water”, which I actually read and enjoyed, he would take water from different parts of the world and place words to it, freeze it, then place under a special microscope to see the crystals form as the water melts. Water that was associated with words of love and kindness as well as water from ”healthier” cities or countries formed these amazing, beautiful crystals where water with hateful words or countries where for example there was war or violence formed ugly crystals. It’s important to see how much of an effect our words have on ourselves and others. Something to keep in mind next time we go to speak.

This is an interesting story I came upon from the blog Celebrity Cosmetic Surgery on socialite Joceylne Wildenstein. For those of you who do not know her or her story Jocelyne was known as a society diva as well as ”Tiger Woman” because of her wild cat look that she wanted to achieve and did after many rounds of cosmetic surgery. Why and how did she come to look this way? Well instead of me re-explaining it here, there is a website dedicated to divas and you can read Joceylne’s full story there.

Finally Ladies, an at home laser hair remover! This product is from
a company whose products I absolutely love! I had also mentioned their Body Purifying Foot Pads in an earlier post. I haven’t received them yet but will update you once i do. In the meantime I ordered the at home Laser Hair Remover which of course is on back order due to the giant demand. Anyhow, I can’t wait to use it. No more shaving! How wonderful would that be.
The at home laser hair removal product from GAIAM is pain-free and affordable…. it’s only $99. Think of all the money you will save from waxing visits to your spa or going to a medical spa for laser hair removal treatments. The laser hair remover uses a pulsating beam of light to permanently eliminate facial, leg or underarm hair. Studies show that it normally takes up to 7 treatments for lasting results but most people see results alot sooner. This is a must have for any woman who hates to shave.
Visit GAIAM
to order. Product ID number 15-1009 or Search Laser Hair Remover.

I saw one of my friends the other day and her face looked just amazing. She looked about 5 years younger over night! Her skin appeared smooth and the wrinkles she had were barely noticeable. I couldn’t help but compliment her. Finally she gave it up…well, I guess the day before she went and had an Epicuren Facial done. It’s a 60 minute facial that’s only available at exclusive spas. The treatment consists of an Advanced Enzyme Technology that helps to maintain youth and vitality in the skin. The Epicuren Facial improves skin elasticity, clarity and texture. It’s the ideal detoxification facial and it also helps to increase your cell metabolism. Results are diminished wrinkles and a glowing youthful complexion. There is also a line of Epicuren products that you can use at home.
P.S. The Epicuren Facial is also the celebrities secret to beautiful skin.
